We are new, so rather than quote percentages we have not audited yet, here is the order we spend in and why.

3rdOperations: hosting, payment processing, and the unglamorous rest

Overhead stays low because we are small, and we intend to stay lean. When we file our first Form 990, we will publish it here instead of making you go looking for it.

Is it tax deductible?

Not yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out at tax time. ADAM, the Anxiety and Depression Association for Men, is a nonprofit, and we are pursuing 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. Until the IRS grants it, gifts are not tax deductible. You will still get a receipt by email for your records, and this page changes the day that status comes through.

Can I give in someone's name?

You can. Some people give in memory of someone they lost, or quietly on behalf of someone still here. Add a note at checkout, or contact us and we will handle it personally.

Not able to give right now?

That is completely fine. Telling one man about this matters more than it sounds. Other ways to help.

Stock, DAF, and legacy giving

Appreciated stock and donor-advised fund grants are often more tax-efficient than cash. Legacy gifts let this outlast all of us. Most of these routes, and most employer matching programs, require 501(c)(3) status, so they open up once ours is granted. Talk to us now and we will pick it up then.
